That capture file's original task scope was dove/woodcock only and explicitly disclaimed using this table for other species' classification, but the snipe line is verbatim primary-source text on the same official page, consistent with the identical Sept.1-Dec.16 date found independently for the neighboring KS record — used here for this gap-closure pass.
