RIDEM rules
The daily limit for pheasant is two (2) either sex birds
RIDEM
All users of State Management Areas, designated undeveloped State Parks and Co-op units are required to wear 200 square inches of solid daylight fluorescent orange from the second Saturday in September to the last day of February and the third Saturday in April to the last day in May. All hunters and users must wear 500 square inches during all portions of shotgun deer seasons. Orange must be worn above the waist and be visible in all directions.
RIDEM
Youth pheasant hunters must have either a Junior Hunting License (age 12-14) or Hunting License (age 15-17) and a Game Bird Permit. Junior hunters must be accompanied by a 21+ adult with a valid Hunting License and youth hunters (age 15-17) must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or qualified adult 21+.

Adults are prohibited from hunting or carrying archery equipment/firearms during the youth-only hunting days.
