TWRA's Leased Dove Field Program (active for 2026, landowner leasing solicited annually) is a habitat/access program, not a population forecast. Only the federal USFWS Mourning Dove Population Status report (Eastern Management Unit) applies, and its 2026 edition has not been published yet (confirmed 2026-08-19).
